Garuda:

In Myanmar, “Garuda” or “King of the Birds”, were known as one of the most powerful Warriors of all the Deities. Garuda are half-bird and half human like deities who feast on “Nak” as they are their sworn enemies. The Garuda were said to be born with the same strength equivalent to as many as 1,000 “Nak” serpents. The “Nak” is portrayed as a formidable foe, however the Garuda are of a special warrior breed, respected by many South East Asian Countries.

Although Garuda possesses similar flavour characteristics to that of the Nak”, the Garuda Coffee Profile is still a warrior in its own class. “Washed processing” allows for more flavour to be retained, while exuding an aroma that heightens the senses to some adventurous coffee connoisseurs. As Garuda is a golden figure, resembling the intensity of the setting sun, it’s flavours are amplified with the combination of Spice, Caramel, Orange and Tangerine. This melody of flavours truly allows for one to taste the ferocity of Garuda’s  profile that leaves you craving for more.
